RESOLVED, that the following individuals are hereby appointed to serve as officers of PROVENIQ Foundation, Inc.: Margaret Chen as Board Chair, David Reeves as Vice Chair, Patricia Alvarez as Treasurer, and James Whitaker as Secretary, each to serve until the expiration of their respective board terms or until their successors are duly elected.
