RES-2026-003 · Adoption of Conflict of Interest Policy
RESOLVED, that the Conflict of Interest Policy, as presented to this Board, is hereby adopted. All Board members and key employees shall complete an annual conflict of interest disclosure form within thirty (30) days of adoption and annually thereafter.
