RES-2026-004 · Approval of FY2026 Annual Operating Budget
RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors hereby approves the FY2026 Annual Operating Budget in the total amount of $1,200,000, with authority granted to the CEO to make line-item reallocations of up to 10% without further Board approval, and that the Treasurer shall provide quarterly budget variance reports to the full Board.
