The PROVENIQ Foundation is a newly launched nonprofit on a mission to transform animal welfare through technology — and under One Health, to demonstrate that animal welfare infrastructure is public health infrastructure. We are looking for mission-driven people who want to help scale a first-of-its-kind ecosystem from the ground up.

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Serve as the Foundation's second-in-command and chief operating executive, leading operations, fundraising, and external relationships while helping build the organization from the ground up.
Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
Own technology strategy, platform operations, and AI integration across PROVENIQ's five live platforms while preserving architectural doctrine at every layer.
Director of Development & Finance
Lead the grant pipeline and financial operations that fund, protect, and sustain the Foundation's mission as it scales.
Director of Outreach & Government Relations
Build the relationships that move legislation, community adoption, and platform growth across West Virginia.

PROVENIQ Foundation is a West Virginia nonprofit building the most comprehensive animal welfare technology ecosystem ever developed. Our platforms — MAYDAY (emergency pet recovery), ShelterOS (shelter management), VetOS (veterinary operations), and LifeLog (lifetime pet records) — are designed to end the exploitation of pet owners in crisis and give every animal a better chance at life. Under the One Health framework, this same infrastructure serves as a frontline layer of public health — because animal welfare and community health are inseparable.
We are headquartered in Greenbrier County, WV, and driven by a founder who knows firsthand what it means to lose a pet and never find them. Every system we build exists to make sure that never happens to another family.
