Where We Are Now

A Public Charity Ready to Put Its Work Into the Field

PROVENIQ Foundation is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. Our governance is in place, and our technology platforms and program frameworks are built. Funding and mission-aligned partners are the next step toward serving families across West Virginia.

01Built

Free Animal-Welfare Technology

Connected tools for shelter records, veterinary continuity, pet identification, and lost-pet response are built and ready to deploy as funding and partnerships allow.

Each platform page identifies when a service is live.

02Ready to launch

Homeward Bound

A partner-delivered microchip registration and reunification program with a verifiable way to report registrations and reunifications.

Next: funding and partner onboarding.

03Ready to launch

Fix-It Forward

A program built to help fund targeted spay/neuter access through qualified veterinary and community partners.

No procedure is reported until it occurs and is documented.

04Ready to launch

Lifeline

An assistance framework for families whose pets are at risk because of emergency veterinary costs, housing disruption, or another short-term crisis.

Next: secure dedicated program funding.

The Path to Launch

What It Takes to Begin Serving

We have done the design and development work. Responsible public launch now depends on the resources and local relationships needed to deliver these programs well.

  • 01
    Fund deployment

Support the platforms and operate programs at a responsible scale.

  • 02
    Build local partnerships

Work with shelters, rescues, veterinarians, and community organizations.

  • 03
    Measure what happens

Document services and publish outcomes only after they can be verified.
